Noah at Three Months

Noah just wanted to say hello! He is now three months old and has decided that he likes to get up at 5:45am....much to mommy and daddy's delight [insert sarcasm here].

Who me? I don't get up that early? :-) 

He loves his bouncy chair. Or as we call it, the poop chair. (it helps him go #2)

He is also turning into a stylish "little monster."

He likes to blow bubbles with mom.

And to stand up with daddy.

He likes to hold hands. Here he is with little Evie.

Dad is getting baby wrap training with a stuffed dog.

Noah is getting so big! He is almost three months old and every day he is smiling more and more. Here are some recent photos of him.

A few weeks ago our friends Heather and Mike came over. They are getting married next summer and Heather asked Janette to be a bridesmaid. Janette is excited! Noah, was very happy too, well when he was awake.

Mom, dad and Noah are learning that everyday is an adventure when you are a baby and first time parents. :-)

Nett's first Mother's Day

Nett was able to celebrate her first mothers day as Noah's mom on Sunday. She was not pregnant till after last years Mother's Day- and yes a pregnant woman is a mother from the moment of conception.

Dad helped Noah pick out a card and a gift to celebrate his wonderful moms first Mother's Day. One the night before Mother's Day Grandma Chase brought Nett an early gift.

Grandma Chase gave Nett a nice framed picture of Noah's mom and dad taken a month before his birthday.

On Sunday the whole family went to Divine Liturgy at Holy Angels and received the Divine Eucharist, the ultimate celebration and giving of thanks to God for all his blessings.

After Liturgy and some fellowship with our church family we went to our favorite hamburger place, In-N-Out for lunch.

 After lunch and a little nap it was time for the new mom to open her Mother's Day card and gift from Noah. Nett got a haircut and pedicure from her favorite salon. Then we went to aunt Sandy's for a Mother's Day dinner.

My mother brought over an outfit that my grandmother knit for me when I was Noah's age. It is definitely from a different time period (its thirty years old- yikes I'm almost thirty). Noah was not to sure of this outfit.

Dinner with Aunty Sunny and the cousins

On Saturday night Janette and I visited our neighbor. She just happens to be my aunt Sunny. The three of us were invited over for dinner, dessert, and games with Aunt Sunny and her two grandchildren, Aubrianna and Morgan. 

We had a wonderful time! Enjoy some photos of our evening.
